You can edit the scanned document or picture in the preview that appears when you select View. And I see they do make one to scan the 8x10 photos. My only wish is that it would scan larger photos. I would most definately recommend this scanner. And those little photos were taken back in the late 1940s early 1950S.Cant tell you how happy I was. Under Save file to, browse to the location where you want to save the scan. They scanned larger and the clarity was great. Select Show more to show the Save file to options. For example, you can save the file in different file formats-such as JPEG, Bitmap, and PNG. Under File type, select the type of file you want the scan to be saved as. Place the item you want to scan face down on the scanner's flatbed and close the cover. In the search box on the taskbar, type Windows Scan, and then select Scan from the results. Press the 'OK' button to copy the pictures from the Bluetooth-enabled device to the frame's internal memory.
